Truly inspired

I love our prophet. He is truly inspired and his words can help us find happiness if we follow them. Mom reminded me of these quotes recently and they have touched me deeply:
"Fear not. Be of good cheer. The future is as bright as your faith." - from April 2009
Also:
"Both abundance and lack [of abundance] exist simultaneously in our lives, as parallel realities. It is always our conscious choice which secret garden we will tend. When we choose not to focus on what is missing from our lives but are grateful for the abundance thats present, the wasteland of illusion falls away and we experience heaven on earth." - from October 2008

All of us have a multitude of blessings although we also have several unique trials and much opposition. We must focus on the glass half full if we are to find happiness and our hearts are to be full of gratitude. I know that our faith is what sustains us in the hard times.
